What you are buying

A licence to use an application, together with its source code and documentation. You are not buying ownership of the application itself, and the licence does not expire.

Regular licence

• One installation, for one business
• The complete source, yours to read and modify
• Rebrand it — logo, colours, name
• You may not charge end users for access to it
• You may not resell it, in whole or in part, as your own product

Extended licence

Required the moment the people using it pay for access — a subscription product, or software you resell. It allows the same modification and rebranding, plus charging your own users and deploying for multiple paying clients.

What is included after purchase

• Updates for the supported period, with a changelog
• Support for bugs and for questions about the features as described

Support does not cover installing or customising the software on your server, your hosting, your server configuration, or approval processes at third parties such as Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok or Google.

Third-party services and their costs

Some applications call services you supply and pay for yourself — an AI provider, an SMS gateway, a payment processor. Those are billed to you by those providers at their own prices, with nothing added by us, and their availability is theirs to determine rather than ours.

What we do not promise

The software is sold as described on this site, and the limits listed on each application's page are part of that description. We do not promise it will fit a purpose we have not described, and we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it beyond the amount you paid for the licence.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. A change does not apply retrospectively to a licence already bought.
