MarketingOS
An AI chatbot that answers — and takes the order
Two products in one install, sharing one AI and one workspace: a marketing platform that plans campaigns, writes with AI and publishes to six networks from one calendar, and an AI chatbot trained on your own website that answers customers on your site, WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram.
The part other chatbots do not do is take the order. It shows a product with a button on each one, collects quantity, options, name, phone and address without asking twice, shows the whole order back and waits for a confirming tap. Nothing is ever ordered without it.
It is multi-tenant with Stripe billing built in, so it can be run for your own business or sold as a service to your clients.

Inside MarketingOS
An AI chatbot that knows your business
Point it at your website and it reads every page. It answers customers on your site, on WhatsApp, on Messenger and in Instagram DMs — from your own content, with citations, never invented. And it takes the order: it shows a product with a button on each one, collects the details without asking twice, and waits for a confirming tap.
A marketing platform that publishes
Plan campaigns, write with AI in your own brand voice, and schedule to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and YouTube from one calendar — with per-platform previews, approval flows before anything goes out, and analytics beside Google Analytics and Google Ads.
The full feature list
Not a highlights reel — this is what is in the application, grouped the way it is built.
The chatbot
15 features
- Trained on your business — paste one URL and it crawls the pages that link from it, up to three levels deep
- Or upload PDFs, Word files and plain text, or type question-and-answer pairs directly
- Answers with citations, linking back to the page each answer came from
- Four places at once — your website widget, WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram — one knowledge base, one inbox behind them
- Reads photos and voice notes customers send
- Suggested follow-ups are tappable: a menu on WhatsApp, quick replies on Messenger, pills on the widget
- Hands over to a person mid-conversation, on any channel, from the inbox or straight from Slack or Telegram
- Sorted by topic in your own words, so a handover reaches whoever handles that subject
- Prompt-injection attempts and your own blocked terms are turned away before the AI sees them
- Never invents a price, a phone number or an email address
- Stale-price protection — a price is only quoted while something has confirmed it recently
- Moderation log recording every refused message and the rule that caught it
- Thumbs up and down on every answer, with a queue of the ones customers disliked
- Knowledge gaps — the questions it answered badly, so you know what to write
- Bring your own AI: Gemini, Groq, OpenAI or Anthropic
It takes the order, not just the question
8 features
- Shows a product with a button on each one, so an answer listing five wallets cannot be tapped into the wrong one
- Collects quantity, options, name, phone and address — never asking twice for something already said
- Shows the whole order back and waits for a confirming tap
- Several items on one order, one delivery charge, one parcel
- Stock falls as orders arrive and returns when one is cancelled
- Out of stock? One tap and the customer is told when it returns
- Cash on delivery — no payment gateway needed to start selling
- Customers can change their mind in their own words, in any installed language
The marketing suite
7 features
- Campaigns, a drag-and-drop calendar and per-platform previews
- Publish to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and YouTube from one queue
- Ten AI writing tools — captions, hashtags, rewrites, translation, expansion, campaign plans and content calendars
- Brand voices and a prompt library
- Approval flows before anything publishes
- Analytics across channels, with Google Analytics and Google Ads side by side
- SEO and tracking — GA4, Facebook Pixel and meta tags from one script tag
Speaks your customers' language
5 features
- Eight languages fully translated — English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Arabic, Hindi, Indonesian and Bangla
- Not just the answers but the buttons, the order slips and the words it listens for
- Around sixty more languages recognised on sight
- Romanised input such as Banglish is understood
- Adding a ninth language is copying a folder and translating two files — no code
Running it as a business
8 features
- Multi-tenant — several brands in one install, each with its own knowledge base, chatbot, team and billing
- Members, roles and granular permissions
- Stripe subscriptions with plans, trials and per-plan limits you define
- Super-admin tenant management
- A shared inbox for every channel, with takeover, handover and per-agent workload
- Notifications by email, Slack, Telegram and WhatsApp
- Diagnostics — one screen that says whether every part is working, per channel, with the exact thing to fix
- Browser installer that closes itself when it is done
What you need to run it
- PHP 8.2 or newer
- MySQL 8, or MariaDB 10.6 and newer
- Node 20 or newer, to build the frontend
- A background worker — not optional. Cron is enough, and the installer gives you the exact lines
- A Google Gemini API key and a Pinecone account — both have free tiers
Read this before you buy
- Social publishing needs approval from each platform. You register your own developer app with Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and Google, and most require review before the app works for anyone but you — days to weeks. The chatbot, knowledge base, AI writing, order taking, Telegram and Slack all work within the hour
- The AI is not free. You pay Google or Groq for what your customers use; both have free tiers, and a busy shop will outgrow them
- No in-chat payments. Orders are cash on delivery — bKash, Nagad and card payments inside the conversation are not built
- A JavaScript-only website cannot be crawled. Use a product feed or a spreadsheet instead — the app tells you when this is the problem rather than failing silently
- WhatsApp shows product pictures, not a swipeable carousel. Messenger and Instagram do get a real one
