What this site collects
This is a catalogue and a contact address. There are no visitor accounts, no shopping basket and no payment taken on this site, so there is very little to collect.
When you email us, we keep that email and our reply so we can answer you and pick the conversation up later.
Our web server keeps ordinary request logs — IP address, page requested, browser and time — which is how the site is kept running and secure. These are not used to build a profile of you.
What this site does not do
- No advertising cookies and no advertising networks
- No selling or sharing of your details with anyone
- No account, so no password of yours is stored here
The applications themselves
The applications sold here run on your own server, under your control. Anything your customers enter into an installation of ours is held by you, not by us — we have no access to it unless you give it to us while asking for support.
Third parties
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google to fetch them. If any analytics or chat is added later, this page will say so before it goes live.
Keeping and removing your data
Support conversations are kept while they are useful and then deleted. Ask us to delete your correspondence and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Getting in touch
Ask us anything about this page, or about what we hold on you, and we will answer.
