Refunds
When we refund, when we do not, and how to ask.
Last updated 8 September 2026
The short version
Ask, and tell us what went wrong. If the software does not do what this site says it does and we cannot put that right, you get your money back.
When we refund
- The application does not work as described on its page, and we cannot fix it in reasonable time
- The download is faulty or incomplete and cannot be replaced
- You were charged twice for the same licence
When we do not
- You have changed your mind after downloading the source. Source code cannot be returned once it has been handed over, which is why every application has a live demo and a full feature list to read first
- The application does something this site says plainly that it does not do. Each application's page carries a "read this before you buy" section for exactly this reason
- Your server does not meet the requirements listed on the application's page
- You want a feature that was never advertised. Ask us about building it instead
How to ask
Email us with your order details and what happened. We aim to answer within one working day, and refunds are returned by the method you paid with.
Bought through a marketplace
A licence bought through a marketplace is refunded under that marketplace's policy, through them rather than through us.
